What is the Purpose of Team Coaching?
It helps all groups that have come together in professional life and work in a team towards achieving a common goal to reach the highest level of their potential.
How Does Team Coaching Work?
Takes the advantage of Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) tools certified by the International Coaching Federation. The “relationship system” between the members of the team is defined by dozens of technical means within ORSC. The Team Coach personally shows this relationship system to the members that make up the team. The team decides on the current level of the relationship, what it needs, what should be done differently.
What Does Team Coaching Provide?
Usually, it consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each. Before sessions, team’s thoughts are taken with a simple open-ended question set. In the first session, relationship between members is embodied, all voices that make up the team are heard, needs of the relationship and demands for change are determined. Other sessions progress in line with the needs of the team and the agenda is determined by the team. The number of sessions may be increased in accordance with the needs.
What are the Principles of Team Coaching?
  • In Team Coaching, the customer is the relationship system.
  • Relationship, by its very nature, contains intelligence and creativity.
  • Coaching is provided to the entire relationship system, instead of the members that make up the team.
  • It reveals the need for change management and change.
  • It begins with identifying the power of individual differences.
  • It helps to create an internalized and consciously designed team vision.
  • It helps to reveal different levels of reality between team members.
  • Being a team means getting better results than the sum of what members can get individually.

    Purpose & Scope

    The concept of open and healthy communication, which constitutes the fundamental talent and need in human nature, sometimes overlaps with the benefits of business life. Unmanageable stress and target pressure disrupt the building blocks of human chemistry which subsequently affects our communication adversely with those around us, particularly with our beloved ones.

    Our experiences reveal that the corporate and team efficiency falls down to below 50% of favourable levels in environments where individuals fail to ensure open communication and/or this situation is not noticed.

    Within the scope of our project; we, as BuCo Akademi A.Ş., aim to provide support to your company’s valuable employees via our ICF member professional coaches and certified moderators to maximize their performance, success and communication power, to raise self-awareness as well as awareness about their team-mates, to increase self-confidence and discover their talents throughout their journey to achieve their goals.

    • When and how we should appreciate someone to achieve our goal? 30’
    • Assignments to be considered in communication (For on-line modules)
    • Closing Remarks
