Nuray Akmeriç
For over 40 years, Nuray Akmeriç has had a successful career in the Information Technology (IT) sector and profit-loss management. In 2010, she founded her own coaching, consulting, and training company, providing services to individuals and corporate clients. She has volunteered as the President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Turkey and as a member of the Ambassadors Council, where she has developed significant programs and standards to maintain the integrity of the coaching profession in Turkey.
Professional Accomplishments:
- SARKUYSAN: Served as a Board Member.
- SAS Institute Turkey: Re-established the branch, increasing the customer base from 11 to 60 and achieving 892% growth. This success earned her numerous awards, including recognition as a successful woman in the IT sector by “Dünya” newspaper in 2005.
- Software AG: Served as Sales and Marketing Director, turning financial results into profit and being recognized as the top-performing sales director globally.
- Approach: Throughout her career, she has maintained an objective, honest, self-sufficient, open-minded, organized, and meticulous approach, focusing on solutions rather than problems and empowering others.

- Education: Holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, a master’s degree in Labor Law from Istanbul Bilgi University, and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Anadolu University.
In 2013, she published her career and personal development book, “Kariyerimde İkinci Bahar” (The Second Spring in My Career).
Current Endeavors: Today, through her consultancy company, she offers coaching programs to individuals and organizations aiming to reach their goals. With her extensive experience in information technology, she contributes to corporate culture by creating innovative and productive teams. She is also an active member of ICF Global and Turkey, Peryön, and various civil society organizations.
