Uğur Emiroğlu
“Starting to dance with life” in 1968, Uğur Emiroğlu was born in Istanbul and graduated from Istanbul University’s Faculty of English Economics. In 2002, he obtained an Executive MBA degree from a joint program between Istanbul Bilgi University and Manchester Business School.
He has served in various managerial positions in the banking sector for over 25 years, both in the field and at headquarters. During this time, he had the opportunity to work with and accumulate relationships with leading institutions from various sectors in our country. In the last five years, he has served as a Human Resources Training and Management Consultant (A) at the Turkish Economy Bank.
Since 2012, he has had the chance to impact over 10,000 people through relevant training and coaching/mentoring activities that he prepared and implemented (6000+ hours).
He received his coaching training from CRR Global (Organizational Relationship System Coaching – ORSC) and Dale Carnegie Business Coaching. He reinforced all these with Creative Drama Leadership from Istanbul Drama Art Akademi, NLP programs, and Assessor training approved by the British Psychological Society. He has provided over 1000 hours of team coaching and executive coaching to many corporate teams both domestically and internationally, including EBRD projects. During this time, Uğur Emiroğlu, who holds the PCC Marker title from ICF, contributed to the training and accreditation of many coaches both at his own school and in coaching supervisions.
He is continuing his doctoral studies in Behavioral Sciences at Conley University.
He is a co-founder of Business Coaching (BuCo Akademi Danışmanlık A.Ş).
He is an active member of ICF and ORSC Global. He is a licensed golf player.
