Bozkurt Cendey

Since 2017, Cendey has been providing coaching and training services in Turkish and English to international company executives from many countries through various coaching firms based in the USA, Germany, and Turkey.

Cendey is also a member of the Business Coaching – Buco Akademi Danışmanlık A.Ş. team. Between 2006 and 2016, he served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of a service company owned by the OYAK Group, which included tourism, organization, facility management, and technology services, employing 1600 people.

From 1980 to 1998, Cendey held senior management positions at Setur Travel Agency, a subsidiary of the Koç Group, for 18 years.

Throughout his corporate career, he has been involved in quality management training, Koç Group development project works and training, Management Development Programs aimed at enhancing and implementing managers’ skills, leadership training, training for the service sector, and numerous professional and managerial development training courses.

Cendey has over 2500 hours of coaching training. He holds the PCC certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the ACPC, an advanced coaching title from the International ADLER Coaching School. He is also certified in Team Coaching by the Erickson Coaching School, NLP specialization, and ORSC Team, System, and Organization Coaching certification approved by CRR Global.
