Beyza ERDEM BALCI

After graduating from Kültür College, Beyza Erdem Balcı completed her undergraduate education in Mathematics at Istanbul University and her master’s degree in Psychology at Istanbul Aydın University.

Erdem Balcı started her professional career at Garanti Bank. Before becoming a coach, she worked as a manager in both the sales and marketing departments at Adidas Sports Equipment Sales and Marketing Inc., serving the retail sector with this dual perspective.

In the field of “Individual Development,” she provides coaching, mentoring, consulting, and training services to senior executives, professionals newly appointed to senior executive positions, manager candidates, and those seeking a new direction in their careers. She also implements leadership programs.

In the field of “Corporate Development,” she serves as a consultant to help organizations develop strategies to become sustainable, happy, innovative, and agile.

Her other areas of work include “Executive Team Coaching,” “Leadership Development,” “Group and Team Formation,” “Corporate and Personal Change,” “Personal and Corporate Awareness and Effectiveness,” and “Strategic Management.”

Beyza Erdem Balcı, who also has an officially recognized mentor identity approved by TÜBİTAK, has received various complementary and supportive training from important institutions both domestically and internationally. These trainings include “Team Coaching,” “Talent Management,” “NLP,” “Trainer’s Training,” “Performance Management,” “Management Skills,” and “Breath Coaching” in the field of coaching; and “Transactional Analysis,” “Psychodynamic Psychotherapy,” “Solution-Focused Therapy,” and “Schema Therapy” in the field of psychology.

Influenced by her experience working for a global sports equipment brand, sports have always been an integral part of Beyza’s life, with cycling, tennis, and running playing significant roles. At one point, she was involved in the organization process of the Istanbul Marathon, ran a half marathon, and received a medal. Beyza Erdem Balcı, who has chosen “serving the whole” as her life purpose, continues her work as a member of the Business Coaching Akademi family.
