Sude Aydemir

She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at MEF University.

She has worked in the fields of business development, business problem solving and external marketing with the design-oriented thinking system “Design Thinking” and took part in leadership behavior research at the Social Psychology Department of Goethe University, Germany.

Sude, who is interested in scientific solutions to human problems in the workplace, research on communication, motivation, social interaction and leadership, was introduced to the concept of coaching through the short-term “Team Coaching” training provided online by Deakin University, where she received her first information on coaching principles and strategies to create a positive and supportive team culture.

Sude is an ICF certified Coach and is currently a member of the team as a Corporate Communications Specialist at Business Coaching Akademi.
