Lead Now! aims to equip your organization’s managers with internationally recognized leadership skills and behaviors to serve this purpose. LEAD NOW! 360° EVALUATION
Lead Now 360° Evaluation Report allows your managers to see how their leadership behaviors are perceived by senior management, peers, customers, and direct reports.
The content of the Lead Now 360° Evaluation Program includes:
- Evaluation of the manager’s demonstrated behaviors.
- Requires an average of 40 minutes of concentration.
- Format: Includes an 80-item questionnaire and 4 short open-ended questions.
- Results are assessed at three levels:
- 4 Quadrant Circle; 21 Leadership Dimensions; 80 Behavior Patterns.
- At the end of the evaluation, a personalized 60-page report is issued, and a personalized action plan is requested.
- Includes a 75-minute Executive Coaching Session.

The Lead Now Individual Assessment Report is designed to measure the development areas between which leadership behaviors your managers demonstrate and to what extent they internalize them.
The content of the Lead Now Individual Assessment Program includes:
- Assessment of the manager’s demonstrated behaviors and preferences.
- Requires an average of 30 minutes of concentration.
- Format: Includes 45 survey questions and 4 short open-ended questions.
- Results are evaluated on three levels, in terms of application and preference dimensions: 4 Quadrant Circle; 21 Leadership Scale; 45 Behavioral Patterns
- At the end of the assessment, a 60-page personalized report is published, and a personalized action plan is requested.
- Includes a 75-minute Executive Coaching Session.
