International Leadership Certification Program

This certification program is built on four pillars on which today’s business leaders are asked to be successful and produce results. These are;

LEAD NOW! 360° ASSESSMENT
Lead Now 360° Assessment Report allows your managers to see how their leadership behaviour is perceived by senior management, colleagues, customers and direct reports.
The content of Lead Now 360° Assessment Program is;
• The behaviour exhibited by the assessed manager.
• Requires an average concentration of 40 minutes.
• Format: It includes an 80-question survey and 4 short open-ended questions.
• Results are assessed at three levels:
4 Quadrants; 21 Leadership Measures; 80 Behaviour Patterns
• At the end of the assessment, a 60-page personal report is generated and the manager is asked to submit a personalized action plan.
• It includes a 75-minute Executive Coaching Session.

The content of Lead Now Personal Assessment Program is;
• It reveals the situation between the exhibited and expected behaviour of the assessed manager.
• Requires an average concentration of 30 minutes.
• Format: It includes an 45-question questionnaire and 4 short open-ended questions.
• Results are assessed at three levels, with exhibited and expected aspects:
4 Quadrants; 21 Leadership Measures; 45 Behaviour Patterns
• At the end of the assessment, a 60-page personal report is generated and the manager is asked to submit a personalized action plan.
• It includes a 75-minute Executive Coaching Session.
